In this come-up meditation, you’ll be guiding your attention to the experience of being high. You’ll also be performing a famous experiment devised by British philosopher Douglas Harding, which reveals something surprising about consciousness.
If at any point you find yourself so high that you can’t focus on the instructions at all – that’s OK. You may be a little too high for this meditation. I recommend you try again later with a smaller dose, and in the meantime, just enjoy your high 😎
Last but not least, you do not need to consume cannabis to perform this meditation. But if you do and can spare a moment, I recommend that before starting the meditation, you take two minutes to define your purpose for this high, as well as the dosage to get there.
For the best results, please start the meditation early in your high, as soon as you begin to feel the effects.
