4/20 approaches. (Is it too early to say that?)
I’m told it’s kind of a special one because this year’s date is, with this notation at least – 4/20/2024 – a palindrome. (You just know whoever figured that out was high at the time 🌿 🔁 🤯)
I hope all those who celebrate have the opportunity to plan something special for the day. This could be a simple after-work sesh to unwind, a more elaborate get-together with like-minded friends, or even just remembering that one really nice high you had back in the day 😎
The meditation I’m sharing today is part of the regular rotation on the Waking Up app, and when I heard it for the umpteenth time the other day, I thought to myself: “You know, I think this would be even more powerful if I were a little bit high.”
And it is. 🧠🌀
