I’m a little over a week into my two-month “t-break from everything,” and so far I’m not missing cannabis. I’m still dreaming vividly all night, every night, but I’m not sure if this is my brain catching up on something it missed while I consumed cannabis, or if it’s simply because my 5:30 wake-ups leave me pleasantly exhausted in the evening, bringing about a deeper slumber sooner.
As part of my curated high meditations, this week I want to share a video meditation by Rupert Spira. In the video, titled “I Never Go Anywhere,” Spira describes the notion that from his perspective, he does not actually move through the world, but rather the world moves through his consciousness. This can be a fairly mind-blowing perspective to assume, especially with a little bit of help from our plant friend 😎 🌿
Watching the video in full-screen mode will give you a good idea of what he means, but to truly make it personally relevant, I recommend moving around or going for walk with his perspective in mind.
Enjoy!
